Working at Insight Systems

We’re proud of the community and team that we’ve built and maintained over the last 18 years, and we know that the strength of our team is what sets us apart from the rest and makes us click. Here’s how we ensure that we have the best team morale in the business!

Team Spirit:

Over the years, we’ve created a great working environment for our team to flourish and succeed within, and we’re always sure to make everyone feel included. Our open-plan office and break areas ensure that you get to know your team and no one is shut off from anyone else. This allows us to work closer together in every sense of the word and has made us a much stronger team for it!

Charity Work:

We understand the importance of giving back to our community as much as possible, which is why we support and fundraise for lots of different charities, including The British Heart Foundation. We like to push ourselves here at Insight to do something extraordinary when it comes to fundraising, so a few years ago, our team took part in a charity skydive, all to raise money for The British Heart Foundation, where we managed to raise just under £3000, in memory of Daniel Dunmill.

We like to give our employees plenty of opportunities to push themselves in and outside of work in all different ways. This is definitely one of them, all whilst raising money and awareness for excellent causes.

Progression at Insight Systems:

We want to give our employees the best opportunities and career progression possible, which is why we ensure we have regular training from top printing providers.

Company Culture:

We want to give back to our team, so we like to ensure that we have plenty of outings and rewards, such as team lunches, even if it is just a BBQ in our car park or watching the England matches whilst we work!

Part of having a great company culture ensures that everyone is kept in the loop, which is exactly what we guaranteed during the first lockdown in 2020. For those who were on furlough as well as those who were still working from home, our Director Ellen made sure to send regular emails and make catch-up phone calls updating everyone on the situation, as well as advising on how well the company was doing, so we could all still feel like part of the team.
