What Is the BHF 100K Challenge?
It's been over two years since we completed our last challenge/sponsorship for the British Heart Foundation, so we're gathering together to get our New Year off to a healthy start by completing 100K in 37 days. Starting on Boxing Day, until January 31st, individuals can walk, swim, cycle or run to hit their target and help join the fight against heart and circulatory disease. We are aiming to raise £100 per participant.
The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures.
